On the Ice Again
We’ll be back at the algae bloom soon, but the ship took a quick detour up north again today to look for ice. The hope was to find a big enough piece of ice that a large group of scientists could work on the ice and leave some experiments all day. That would be a long ice station like the ones that happened every two or three days earlier in the cruise, when the ship was deep in the ice.
